Surah Al-Kahf (الكهف) : Ayat 109
109
قُل لَّوْ كَانَ الْبَحْرُ مِدَاداً لِّكَلِمَاتِ رَبِّي
لَنَفِدَ الْبَحْرُ قَبْلَ أَن تَنفَدَ كَلِمَاتُ رَبِّي وَلَوْ جِئْنَا بِمِثْلِهِ مَدَداً
Melayu: Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): "Kalaulah semua jenis lautan menjadi tinta untuk menulis Kalimah-kalimah Tuhanku, sudah tentu akan habis kering lautan itu sebelum habis Kalimah-kalimah Tuhanku, walaupun Kami tambahi lagi dengan lautan yang sebanding dengannya, sebagai bantuan".
English: Say : Though the sea became ink for the Words of my Lord , verily the sea would be used up before the Words of my Lord were exhausted , even though We brought the like thereof to help .
中文: 你说：“假若以海水为墨汁，用来记载我的主的言辞，那末，海水必定用尽，而我的主的言辞尚未穷尽，即使我们以同量的海水补充之。”
