We are currently seeking cheerful Customer Service Executives for one of our clients based in Menara Celcom, Kuala Lumpur.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be required to answer incoming calls and enquiries from within Malaysia and Singapore with regards to their billings and services.
The candidate will be expected to work in shifts.
He / She should be able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
WHAT YOU GET
Salary : RM 1200 (English and Bahasa Malaysia) or
Salary : RM 1700 (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin)
The probationary period is 3 months. Once you have been confirmed in your position, you will be entitled to a performance related bonus on a quarterly basis.
